Retro MINI-FEST Dzelzs dūres turnīra 2025.01.11 Noteikumi 

 

Katrs dalībnieks apstiprina, ka ievēros sekojošos noteikumus: 

  • Reģistrācija atvērta no plkst. 12:00 līdz 16:00.

  • Pieteikšanās pie CROW (Ja Jūs neatradīsiet mani, es noteikti atradīšu Jūs).  

  • Turnīrs sākas 17:00.  

  • Pirmie 12 dalībnieki tiek reģistrēti turnīra ietvaros. 

  • Ja kopumā būs pieteikušies vairāk nekā 16 dalībnieki, 4 vietas tiks izlozētas starp tiem dalībniekiem, kas pieteikušies pēc pirmajiem 12. Izloze tiks veikta ar Random Winner Wheel: Spin to Pick a Name, Prize, or Decision 1h pirms turnīra sākuma. 

  • Dalībnieks tiks DNF(Diskvalificēts): 

  • Ja neierodas uz turnīru/spēli 5 min. laikā, pēc paziņošanas; 

  • Tiks lietotas atšķirīgas perifērijas nekā to noteicis organizators;

  • Verbāli/fiziski mēģinās ietekmēt otru spēlētāju; 

  • Mainīs layout uzstādījumus kontroliera settingos; 

  • Jebkāda veida komandu izmantošana (Čītu kombo).

  • 10-15 min. pirms turnīra sākuma organizators novadīs īsu ievadrunu.

  • Vecuma ierobežojuma turnīram nav.

  • Jebkuri jautājumi un strīdi risināmi ar tiesneša/organizatora iesaisti. 

  • Spēlētāji vai spēlētājs, nav svarīgi uzvarētājs/zaudētājs, paziņo tiesnesim rezultātu pēc spēles beigšanas. 

  • Nākošā spēle sākas tikai tad, kad tiesnesis ir palūdzis/izziņojis nākošo cīņu. 

 

 

Spēles norise/Formāts: 

  • Single Elimination – Viena spēle BOF 3. Pusfināls/Fināls BOF5. 

  • DOUBLE KO gadījumā, iztecējis laiks un/vai,  ja būs neizšķirts, spēle netiks ieskaitīta un dalībniekiem būs jāspēlē papildus raunds ar tiem pašiem personāžiem, lai noskaidrotu uzvarētāju, gadījumā, kad tas ir pēdējas raunds kādam no spēlētājiem. 

  • Ja kāds no dalībniekiem jebkāda iemesla dēļ izstājas, viņa vieta netiek aizvietota, tiek piešķirts DNF status un pretinieks pāriet nākošajā kārtā. 

  • Personāžu izvēle nav ierobežota, atļauti visi personāži.

  • Tiek izmantots Analogais PS1 kontrolieris, ko organizētājs sagatavojis. Pašu paņemtās perīfērijas: Fighting Stick/Dual Analog utml., netiks atļautas turnīra laikā. 

  • Tiek izmantoti sākotnējie kontroliera uzstādījumi. Pirms turnīra tiesnesis atjaunos un uzliks turnīra uzstādījumus konsolē. Mainīt šos uzstādījumus aizliegts.

  • Pauzēt spēli nav atļauts bez pamatojoša iemesla (tehniskas, veselības problēmas). Pauzēt spēli, lai aizietu padzert sulu, nav atļauts. 

 

 

 

 

Esam pieklājiīgi viens pret otru un citiem dalībniekiem. 

Tiesnesim/organizatoram būs tiesības palūgt atstāt norises vietu, ja tiks izteikti verbāli aizradījumi, otra spēlētāja apsmiešana utml. 

Lūgums izturēties pret konsolēm un citu aprīkojumu godprātīgi un emocijās neko nemest. Pasākumā netrūks veidu, kuros savu enerģiju izlādēt pozitīvā veidā. 

 

Pasākuma organizatori patur tiesības nepieciešamības gadījumā mainīt šos noteikumus jebkurā brīdī pasākuma laikā.

Retro MINI-FEST Iron Fist tournament 2025.01.11 RULES 


Tournament time is restricted


Every participant confirms that they accept the following rules: 

  • Registration is open from 12:00 till 16:00 PM.

  • To register for tournament please find CROW (or he will find you).  

  • Tournament will begin at 17:00 PM.  

  • First 12 participants are registered by order. 

  • If more than 16 people will have applied for the tournament, 4 participants will be chosen from those, who weren’t among the first 12. These 4 participants will be chosen using Random Winner Wheel: Spin to Pick a Name, Prize, or Decision 1h before tournament start. 

  • Participant will be disqualified (DNF):

  • If 5 min after the game is announced participant is not at his seat and ready to play; 

  • If player uses different accesories which are not permitted by organizer;

  • Verbally/physically assaulting other participants; 

  • Changing controller settings or layouts; 

  • Any kind of cheating is not allowed.

  • There will be short briefing 10 – 15 min before the tournament starts. 

  • There is no age restriction for tournament.

  • Any kind of issues or arguments are only resolved with judge. 

  • Players either side of winning/losing must report game result to judge. 

  • Games begin after judge announces players. 

 

 

Game format: 

  • Single Elimination – one game BOF3, semifinals/finals one game BOF5. 

  • In tied cases/DOUBLE KO/ TIME ended last round is not counted and player must replay 1 more round to decide winner using the same characters. 

  • If for any reasons any player leaves tournament bracket and tournament itself, substitution is not allowed and the other player advances in the tournament.

  • All characters allowed.

  • PS1 Analog joystick only allowed and with default button layout. Any other accesories such as fighting sticks or dual analog controllers are not allowed. 

  • Before tournament starts judge will reset all settings, further changes are not allowed.

  • Pausing is not allowed except in the case of technical or health related issues. It is prohibited to pause the game to go get a pepsi. 

 

 

 

 Let`s be polite to enemy player and other participants of fest.

Judge/Event organization staff  can ask the participant to leave in the case of verbal/physical abuse of other participants.

Please be respectful to game consoles and other equipment, and don’t throw anything in excitement or anger. There will be plenty of activities where you can use your energy in a positive way.

 

Event organizers reserve the rights to change the rules if necessary at any moment during the event.
